2. Consultation Meeting
During the consultation, Aprille will answer all your questions, discuss your specific needs, and help identify your wishes. This is the foundation for creating a plan that reflects your unique situation.
3. Drafting Documents
After the consultation, Aprille will draft the necessary legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and any other relevant paperwork.
4. Review and Finalization
You’ll have the opportunity to review the drafted documents either electronically or in person. Aprille will explain everything in detail, ensuring you understand what has been prepared. Together, you’ll make any needed revisions, finalize the documents, and schedule a signing. Deeds undergo 3rd-party professional proofreading to ensure absolute accuracy.
5. Third-Party Review Option
If desired, you're welcome to have the documents reviewed by an attorney of your choice for additional peace of mind.
6. Document Delivery
Once finalized, the original documents will be delivered to you via priority mail with tracking. Aprille can also retain a copy for safekeeping if you choose.
7. Deed Recording
If your estate plan includes a deed, Aprille can handle the recording process for you. The executed and recorded deed will be emailed directly to you, ensuring that everything is properly completed.
